Problem Statement

Contractual data is distributed across multiple source systems and documents, often incomplete, inconsistent, or only partially structured. This makes it difficult to reliably assess contract compliance, obligations, and deviations, and leads to high manual effort in operational and commercial processes.

Proposed Solution

An automated contract analysis module that aggregates contractrelevant data from existing source systems, links it with operational data, and temporarily closes data gaps where necessary. The goal is to produce a complete, structured contract dataset that enables systematic analysis, transparency, and downstream automation.
